We have some good news to share with everyone that has been wondering about the Nurse Licensure Compact for PA.  It will be up and running this June.  This information was made public during the PA Professional Licensure Committee meeting on April 8th.  It's mentioned around the 38 or 40 minute mark.  They also briefly discussed how disciplinary actions are taken, and announced that the temporary call center in Pittsburgh for license questions is now permanent!  You shouldn't be on hold for hours anymore!!!  They've improved turn around time for licenses and for GNs to schedule their NCLX.  You can view the entire meeting by clicking this link.  Thank you Tracey Kunkel for finding the link!  Professional Licensure Committee -- April 8, 2025 - YouTube
