Willingness To Serve and Save The Date for May 22, 2025

Happy Friday everyone,

Even though the weather outside is bitter cold, Spring will be here before you know it.  As with every Spring, and all things that renew, the Pittsburgh Chapter of AORN also renews.  It will be a time for a new President to take the reigns (Tracey Kunkle), as well as other new board members.  In order to have new officers, we must have people willing to serve.  Please consider giving of your time for the greater good of our chapter.  We would love to hear new & fresh ideas.  This year we'll need a President elect, Treasurer, and a couple of Board members.  Fill out the attached Willingness To Serve Form and email it to one of the Nominating Committee members:.  Cheryl Swink Cheryl.Swink@AHN.ORG   or Wendi Rigeway-Price  102904wendi@gmail.com.  You can also email it to me v.komoroski@hotmail.com  Of course, you can hand deliver it to us at the next general meeting in March.  If you haven't registered yet for the event, I've attached a copy of that flyer as well.

Please see the attached Save the Date for the May meeting. Click on the attachment for the location of the dinner & sponsor.  It's at the general May meeting that the elections are held and the winners are announced.    We're hoping to have the voting digital this year and completed before the meeting.  If we're unable to go digital, have no fear, we'll vote on paper at the meeting as we've always done!
